Orders & Shipping

What do I do if I need to edit my order or shipping information?

Please contact us at support@b2b-kinto-usa.com with your name, order number and requested change. If your order has not shipped, we will do our very best to accommodate your requests.
Please note that our Customer Service is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm PST. Any request received on weekends will answered on Mondays.

When will my order ship?

It usually takes approximately 5 business days to process your order. We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped out. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Shipping lead time is;

Please note that order processing and shipping time may differ during Holidays and busy seasons

How do I check the status of my shipment?

You can check the status in your shipping confirmation email or in your Account page. If you have not received a confirmation email or cannot login to your Account, please contact support@b2b-kinto-usa.com.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally. Our international clients are required to have a US based freight forwarder. Please note that customers are responsible to pay all eventual applicable VAT and Duty at the time of delivery.
Returns?
While we understand a product might not be the perfect fit for you once it arrives, we hope that you can find the right product at a first try to lessen the ecological impact of the returns shipping. If you are unsure about something when buying a product, please reach out to us ahead of ordering and it will be our pleasure to assist you.
